Welcome back to The Main Thing Podcast! I’m your host Skip Lineberg. My special guest has an amazing life story. You heard the short version of it, along with his chosen wisdom in Episode 37, our standard nine-minute format. Today, you’ll get "The Whole Thing" - a less-edited, more natural version of my recent, fascinating conversation with Serges Himbaza, the multi-talented producer and film maker. This is a 35-minute show.

Serges Himbaza is a technology professional and a masterful content creator, whose life began during the Rwandan genocide of 1994. His family fled to a refugee camp in The Congo, where Serges was born. They relocated to Kenya, before coming to America in 1999. Today, he is the Managing Partner of Populus Media Group, a business & technology consulting agency.

Early in his career, Serges was an instructor at Duke Talent Identification Program, his alma mater, where he earned a degree in Econometrics and Qualitative Economics. Later, he worked for Microsoft. Today, he works as a producer: of music, film and technology solutions. Serges lives in the Dallas - Fort Worth area.

Listen now and discover why Serges Himbaza is one of the wisest people I know.
