Welcome to the Main Thing Podcast! Our special guest today is one of my favorite authors. For more than 30 years Michael Card has endeavored to engage with the text of Scripture, whether through the writing of music and books or in the context of the conference or the classroom. In the course of 30 albums, 22 books and numerous concerts, Michael has invited listeners and readers to honestly wrestle with the Bible, seeking to grasp the meaning of the text with all the heart and mind.
A graduate of Western Kentucky Univ., Michael received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Biblical Studies. Michael travels frequently each year, teaching and sharing his music at Biblical Imagination Conferences. He also facilitates annual Life of Christ tours in Israel.
He and his wife, Susan, have four children and four grandchildren. Michael lives in Franklin, Tennessee, where along with a group of close friends, he pursues racial reconciliation and neighborhood renewal.
Get ready! Over the next 19 minutes, you will discover why Michael Card is one of the wisest people I know.
