Armand is an international award-winning, visionary and passionate educator. Having been recognized as one of the world’s top 50 educational leaders in 2017, he is also an active, passionate social-entrepreneur and business professional. 

Armand Doucet is a highly sought-after inspirational-speaker, facilitator and columnist in multiple fields, as evidenced by the fact that he has spoken at conferences and workshops in more than 100 countries, spanning five continents. He is the co-author of the internationally recognized book Teaching in the Fourth Industrial Revolution: Standing at the Precipice and the author of Teaching Life: Our Calling, Our Choices, Our Challenges. Having spent the early years of his career in the private sector working for PepsiCo, Armand brings a unique blend of public and private sector experience and perspective to the show.

Known for superior networking skills and motivational abilities, he is the founder of the Ironwill Foundation, as well as a two-time Ironman triathlon competitor. A passionate family man, Armand resides in New Brunswick, Canada with his wife and three young children.
